NovusHub is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation or any game publisher. All in-game footage, configs, and content shared on NovusHub are user-generated.

User-generated content (configs, clips, forum posts, screenshots) is the sole responsibility of the individual user. NovusHub does not verify the accuracy or safety of user-submitted content.

NovusHub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of configs, plugins, or files shared on the platform. Use all content at your own risk.

The NovusHub name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. Reproduction or use of NovusHub branding without written permission is prohibited.

The NovusHub-Essentials plugin and all custom server-side code developed for NovusHub game servers are proprietary. Redistribution or reverse engineering is not permitted.

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant NovusHub a licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

These terms are governed by applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
